Terms of use
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you use TutorGH, the free study app for Senior High School students in Ghana. By using TutorGH you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent, guardian or teacher.
Using TutorGH
- TutorGH is free, for learning and teaching.
- You can use it without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your Google account safe; you are responsible for what is done with your TutorGH account.
The AI tutor and AI marking
- The tutor and the Paper 2 marker are computer programs. They can make mistakes. Check important answers with your teacher or textbook.
- Practice questions and marks are for practice. They are not WAEC or NaCCA results, and TutorGH is not part of WAEC, NaCCA or the Ghana Education Service.
- Do not type personal details (your full name, phone number, address or school) into the tutor. See our privacy policy for how questions are handled.
Fair use
To keep TutorGH free for everyone, there are daily limits on tutor messages and AI marking. Please do not:
- use programs, scripts or bots to send requests, or copy content from the site in bulk;
- try to get around the limits, break in, or disrupt the service;
- use the tutor for anything harmful, abusive or unrelated to learning.
We may block access for anyone who does, to protect other students.
Content
- Lessons are based on the NaCCA curriculum and its textbooks; that material belongs to its owners and is shown for learning.
- You may use TutorGH content for your own study and in class. Do not copy, resell or republish it.
Availability
We work to keep TutorGH accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable, change, or contain errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions or problems? Email yawfrancisodoom@gmail.com.
